1. Material: Mainly in 6000 grade, such as 6063, 6061, 6005etc. Other grades up on customers requirement
2. Temper: Mainly in T5/T6
3. Finish:
1) mill finish
2) anodizing: Such as silver anodizing, mat anodizing, gold anodizing,
3) powder coating (needed to be provide Panton Color No., such as RAL9001)
4) sand spray
4. Price: A00(SMM)+Processing fee
5. Length: Different finish different length, for mill finish, any length we can make
6...Packing:
1)each in a poly bag with reasonable pieces into a carton /paper
2) naked with reasonable pieces packed with paper only at two ends
3)according to customers packing requirement, design the reasonable packing
7...Trade term FOB SHANGHAI/NINGBO, CIF or CNF to the appointed port
8...Payment: 30% deposit +70% before the delivery or against the copy of B/L, other payment should be discussed
9. Delivery: Within one month after the deposit,
10. Sample delivery: Three weeks( two weeks for mould +one week making sample )
11. OEM/ODM production.
12. It is better we can get your drawing or sample, we mainly make according to your design, and we can keep confidential for your design
