All the properties of lubricant used in food packaging aluminum foil must conform to conventional lubricating lubricant, which can reduce the friction and wear of all technical parameters required, and avoid corrosion, good thermal performance, sealing effect. In addition, they also need to meet the food regulations and biological inertia, that does not affect the taste, does not affect the odor, does not affect the color, in line with the international standards (TRIOA ORIGINAL).
Certification of food grade lubricant products are divided into three types: 3H, H1 and H2. The certification is responsible for the selection of the international body of (independent certification body).
3H grade lubricant: suitable for lubricant must be in contact with food occasions, such as: oven mold.
H1 grade lubricant: suitable for lubricant that are easy or cannot avoid contact with food.
H2 grade lubricant: suitable for occasions where there is no direct contact with food.
The production process of aluminum foil lunch box can be divided into six steps: material spreading, lubricating, feeding, punching forming and blanking. Lubricant content:
Different aluminum foil material, lunch box type and size, the amount of lubricating lubricant is also different, the amount of lubricant required for the range of 20mg~300mg/ m2. If the lubricant volume is low, insufficient lubrication, easy deformation, damage output boxes or even scrapped; on the contrary, if the lubricant volume is high, excessive aluminum foil lubricant rolling lubrication, because the roll surface caused by extrusion, aluminum volume drop phenomenon, produce box easy to stick to the mold surface is not easy to blanking. Stop out, causing serious impact on production efficiency. At the same time, excessive lubrication is also a waste, improve production costs. Lubricating way according to the different lubrication requirements, there are two types of lubricant and double side lubricant. Single side lubricant is suitable for the simple type of lunch box, the small deformation of aluminum foil lubricant and the low requirement of lubricant, the lubricant filling mode must be strictly controlled to avoid unnecessary waste.
