Due to the high density of lead glass, it can effectively block X-rays and γ The radiation of radiation is widely used in the production of radiation protection materials in fields such as radioactive materials and nuclear industry.

Excellent Transparency:
Our Lead glass has a grade of optical glass quality.Because both surfaces are optically polished,it allows very high light transmittance.This transmittance is almost the same as that of a normal window glass.Because of its excellent transmittance,our lead glass can be used with great advantage in observation and operation windows of radiation equipment.

Due to its excellent radiation shielding ability and high transmittance, radiation shielding lead glass is widely used in medical, industrial, and laboratory applications. Due to its high transparency, it is highly suitable for use as an observation and operation window in X-ray television rooms, CT scanning rooms, and angiography rooms.

Our lead glass has excellent radiation shielding ability due to its high content of lead and barium. For example, our 9mm thick lead glass has the same X-ray shielding ability (lead equivalent: 2.0mmPb) as a 2mm thick lead coating. Our lead glass is a JIS certified product.

Our lead glass would not be combustible even in the event of a fire because itis an inorganic glass.Our lead glass is easy to process.It can also be formed into a disk plate,or drilled for glove box.
